I don't see any reason why making a new account wouldn't work on buying the 4 pack. Although keep in mind that one of those games would be automatically applied to your account, so really you'd only get 3 to gift.

If you do s.mk(once or twice depending on the weight) then cr.hp into taunt it can be done safely. It is a bit difficult to hit the command quick enough though. I do mainly get the taunt from just KOing characters however.
