i built up my meter by setting up a second player and holding the back button for that setup with a small weight, using s.MK > s.HP until i had 5 meter. then i took the weight off the other key and whittled them down to minimal health before finishing with lvl 5. i'd give this a try with solo...

Painwheel is replaced with a stock image of a girl with a pinwheel. Her voice is done by Cree Summer (Medusa from KI:U, Numbuh 5 from KND), with all of her ouchie-type lines altered.

i was faffing about with a palette generator and was reminded of an old character of mine. here is bella based loosely off of that. after more faffing, i have another palette, this one on painwheel. makes me think this is a woman from an urban legend relating to wealth

I set up a 2nd player and had them constantly block (held down with a trombone mouthpiece, how coincidental). Did you use the level 5 version, or the SSJ one after a taunt?

We need to take it one step further. Smash gets Classic Megaman, Street Fighter x Tekken gets Bad Box Art Megaman, we get the best Megaman incarnation.
