    Right now the hit box grabs higher so it doesn't link well with combos. It'll be fixed in an upcoming version. Right now we're finishing Don's move set. Basically I'm saying code wise it's a hit grab, but behavior wise it's just a air grab cause of the tight grab box

    There's no difference except that one is a finished game and ours is a work in progress with the wrong hit box right now :) But yeah, it is a hit grab mechanically.

    Yeah I've pushed making reusable throw animations but not hard enough, we do have specifics ones and I know it's not a good idea for the long run. A part of the throw that I think need some somewhat specific animation is the "grabbed" part for each character, still need to make a reusable...

    Not sure I agree with that, flattening counterhits to a single mechanic is pretty boring. If you can know your character well and able to counter the other with the appropriate move then you've got new strategies and openings. There will probably be a common base for counter hits but some moves...

    Probably pretty important indeed, I'm in talks with Andrew about that. Nitpick was not the right word, I meant that this is all in progress as we build the game, still adding combat features. So all feedback is good but feedback about things like this attack does too much damage or too little...

    I agree with that, we changed that to fix some other issues where you could instantly do something, it also looked ugly. Now it looks good but slows down the gameplay. We'll find a middle ground. It's still on our list of issues. Again, I agree, camera shake is not updated during hitstops...
