Considering Sekhmet gives her immortality, I would imagine she is alive as her body does not and has not decayed at all. She would not by any definition be considered dead. She's able to think and live normally and has all of her normal bodily functions and capacity for higher function. I think...

If by that you're referring to "That's a lot of fish" and the fact they killed Godzilla at the end of the movie, then I'd have to highly disagree. But if you're talking about the actual Godzilla movies then I can agree I like the cheese, however I don't mind seeing a more serious Godzilla movie...
