Same.. Playing with a 360 pad makes almost impossible to stance cancel into kicks so I always mess up the buttons and do a tremolo instead.

I think this looks like this since it originaly was made as a projectile and I think this still is treated as a projectle by the game instead of 'adding' it to the character's main frames.
