You can s.lp s.lp s.lk on the last chain, tho.

Try delaying the j.lk j.hk part, or use j.lp instead. Don't use c.lp to pick up OTG or you lose your link from H hairball > j.mp j.hk on the last chain.

Sometimes c.lk drops it, because Filia/Fukua's c.lk sucks. Maybe you've used OTG already, too.

I can agree on the multihitting, but I don't think that s.mk fits in here. Actually, I don't think Fukua has any kind of safe multihitting burst bait other than j.hk > j.hp and some weird air fireball near the ground > s.lp (triggers burst) > c.mp that is character specific.

I think that a "burst bait" that relies on a 10f burst delay can hardly be called a burst bait.

If the enemy is high in the air and he is at full undizzy he usually IS expecting a burst bait, no matter what move is used. Also, some characters have larger burst hitboxes (like Big Band, Eliza and Parasoul, iirc), and backdash ensures that you won't get hit by those characters.

If it's an undizzy burst bait, why would you do it with j.lk? j.lp has better reach and it's almost a sure hit. Also, j.lp j.hk (1) backdash is IMO the most optimal burst setup in this case. If they burst, cancel the backdash into H air bypass.

I've always liked fireballs in combos. Too bad they only link into lights, but the damage is acceptable. This combo probably doesn't work on val, fortune, painwheel and maybe peacock because s.lk sucks and c.lk goes under them.
