So I decided to put my money where my mouth was and work my Photoshop majicks on a screencap of Ileum to make her crosses green, and whatdya know, it doesn't look half bad. Maybe this could be her look whenever she ends up being playable or somethin'.

Also, I'm kinda curious about the decision to make Ileum's cross the same color. Why not, like, green to match the acid-y stuff she spits out? I 'unno, just seems like it'd be a bit more visually appealing.
