I'm all for the excellebella nerfs. I agree that it's stupid for the highest damage ender to also be an insanely high meter ender. No complaints from me as a bella player.

I'd strongly suggest working on neutral game at this point. It sounds like you have a solid start to knowing what to do when you get a hit, now you need to work on getting those hits (and not getting hit yourself!) Optimal combos are great to know, but they're worthless if you can't play the...

To add on to what everyone else said: One thing that helped me in the beginning is setting the training mode dummy to cpu, so you have an infinite match against a moving opponent for you to practice your confirms and combos against. I found it very helpful!
