combo breaker is more or less ufgt 11 keits is no longer officially involved so the name was changed but the guy who co-ran most of ufgtx is the one taking over the reigns

you can just practice on the dummy normally and see what your frame advantage is to know how tight your reset is if you want to see how easy it is to mash out of a reset you're doing you can record the dummy doing it and then try to mash out yourself

it depends a lot on your team generally the only "good" time to switch is during supers with a dhc but there are exceptions like bella tag that works as a reversal with my team I'd rarely switch to save peacock because even if she recovers health she'll have to deal with an incoming mixup...
