The main problem with Samus' long hair is indeed the helmet, let alone that she wears it in a ponytail in said helmet. And it's fantasy yes, but the series was heavily grounded in it's own way of realism. The setting is very dark and grimy, lonely and disturbing- long beautiful hair doesn't fit...

Amen to that, She's a serious character who's gone through horrible things, and beat it all. She's one of the coolest characters of any medium, really hoping they go back to that in the next Metroid.

I always prefer the original language, but there should always be options for different dubs if the company can afford it, which is the case for arc. It's always fun to see people complain about options, like when I asked if Revengeance was going to have an option for japanese voices, quite alot...

That opening is too dang hype, also proves the connection with kingdom hearts. The Backyard is where all your items are if you don't equip them, it all makes sense now. (Stock in english but they ruin the fun)
