Bullet actually has the tools to take a game off of any character in the cast. She's considered dumpster tier because she has serious consistency issues at high levels.

Ms. Fortune had a pretty big redesign. Double (sort of) got one too. You're right that most other characters remained more or less the same though.

I understand what they're going for, but I vastly prefer his old design.
