Yeah, I've streamed from my old-ish laptop using OBS, chances are you can do the same. It's pretty clunky and complicated, and better if you have a dual-monitor setup, but I figure if I can stream the new Doom, something that's less resource-intensive should be fine. You can even test-stream...
