    this netcode is awful. couldn't play against someone with 40 ping. since there's no rollback, but fixed input delay, the game just runs slower the worse the connection is. It really fucks with inputs too since you have to do motions slower when the game is slower. ggpo is coming, right? Also...

    I had the alpha a long time ago. The UI is still just as ugly as it was back then, alpha on some text isn't right, makes some weird dark jaggies on the edges. character select music still doesn't loop properly. the game seems fine, but like, damn.

    when playing with this i noticed i would occasionally cancel my pbgc special into snap with the point character. this is not something you can do normally, was wondering why this happens. is it just a special case with pbgc to allow easier snaps?

    everyone can likely do it, from what I see. I couldn't get it very consistently, or at all by plinking with qct moves.

    so does s.mk.. ? yeah, i don't see a problem with using a slightly less safe move than smk, since fewer hits in the block string is less chance to get pbgc'd. xx luger is a pretty easy confirm, and if cmp does hit, your combo will be slightly better off for damage scaling reasons

    that makes sense, although I'm not sure how much better smk smk is for hitconfirming since Hgun is the safest part of the string, and that point it's pretty easy to see regardless of the starter (probably safer at that point to use cmp to give them less time to pbgc?).
