    regardless of whether it would be op, if this type of thing were to be implemented, wouldnt it go against the point of the wraith being there in the first place? that being rewarding players for well placed fireballs (aka hitting something) and being punished for whiffing by having more recovery...

    for the record pp 44 pp is a cool thing you can do with dashes that wouldn't be as effective if double's backdash moved faster during its startup frames

    you forgot that it is now active for the entire duration of the move as opposed to having gaps in between hits
