20-odd wins with Satchmo Deathblow *is* an exact way of doing it. I'm not sure if it's exactly 20, it may be a bit more, but that's the method. I got this in local versus by just grinding it out, so I'm pretty confident that's the method.

Most achievements don't unlock from stuff you do in training mode, so the same might be the case for this palette. I had it unlock by grinding it out in local versus, so try that.

Since some people are being intentionally obtuse, I bothered checking for myself! Big Band's #26 is unlocked by winning some 20-odd matches with Satchmo Deathblow. It is not automatically unlocked by the color pack DLC, or by beating Marie 300%.

2nd Encore is the definitive version of Skullgirls, yes. It includes all the previous DLC characters, new single-player gamemodes, trials, voiced storymode, new achievements, and 3+ years of balance adjustments.

Any characters of the winning team that are out on the field during the win stay and do their winpose. Although, I'm pretty sure using forbidden procedure is the only way to get three onscreen at once...

It's Robo-Fortune. Trying to put a serious conclusion to Skullgirls' lore in the story-mode of an exploding robot cat would have been nothing short of shoehorning, and I think that's beneath Lab Zero.
