You have to alter the combo slightly if you don't use the s.Hp link. You can either insert another full ground chain before the silver cord , or just use a full chain after the silver cord. But really you're right. Scaling makes the s.Hp link kind of unnecessary as you're only really gaining...

Here's my DHC combo with Squigly / Bella. If you have trouble doing the HP HP link you can skip it and the combo still does 10k

Uncharged is the same as before. Charged is invincible from frame 1. (I think)

I don't know how useful it would be as like a mashed reversal , but battle butt can be converted off / made safe by certain assists , like Drag n Bite.

I wonder if maybe this could be caused by a rollback from the ggpo netcode

With this change they can now tech roll after the cr.rh. In the current non beta build if you try and tech the cr.rh you get a burst , hence why the setup works as a sort of pseudo hard knockdown.

Well hopefully this doesn't stay , otherwise we can wave goodbye to all Squigly's burst bait / pseudo hard knockdown setups.

Actually it seems that Tomo009's combo from the previous page does over 9k with cerecopter.

I've been playing mostly with the Cerecopter assist lately and it can really boost your damage. The first combo lets you push them towards the closest corner every time, because you can choose which side the gravedigger hits them on. Last combo does 8751 for 1 meter and punch stance charged...

Don't know if its really that useful but if I get hit by a burst I like to do this : Lets you instantly get back in and continue pressuring. Also if they press a button you get a free combo.
