j.mk loops are actually not the most efficient. They scale your damage too much. The only time I use these loops is when I'm prepping a reset or corner carrying, in most cases I will end the combo before I land.

Actually this is still possible. When a character is about to land you can j.lp medium dive for an instant overhead reset (Shorter characters require a straight vertical jump, don't jump forwards and j.lp. In fact, I'm in a habit of jumping backwards for the overhead. This seems to work...

Oh I know this. You can use whatever that tail sweep move is called as a replacement. Just make sure you have tail charged. Hp actually hits more consistently if you're farther away from the wall against Parasoul.
