    Definitely true for pad. I found I could get away with more controlled blocking on keyboard or stick, but it didn't feel like it was a big deal if the block wasn't held for long.

    I've found Rev to be a bit smoother than Sign, though I haven't done any major study on it myself. Anecdotally I'd put it at 1-2f less delay for a given network rating (so before 1 bar usually meant ~6f delay, now it seems to mean ~4-5f), so it may just be that they changed the ping->bar...

    That didn't change. I just double-checked to be sure. I suppose they mean YRC-ing right before you send off a projectile, so that if it gets blocked you can block Baiken's counter, but that's kinda true for everyone. Granted, only Baiken has 412 attacks that specifically require being in a block...
