What's making it happen is something related to it being a 0 frame reset? I don't really about this specifically, but I know that happens when you do that. it's the same for everyone. Val's is s.LK > s.HK. etc

I found a thing where I did c.MK xx b.HK and guess what it does. it doesnt reset the undizzy, it makes it go up, this works with anybody but it's really easy with Parasoul. Also this isn't practical but cool. @Mike_Z @gllt
