Yup. You activate them by doing QCB attack, same button depending on the move. (Forgot to mention that). Also, what Spencer said.

Basically, he has these QCF moves that you can repeat with these "ghost" like versions on the same spot you used them. (I think for up to about two or three times) That's all I can say about him from what I played at the EVO set-up.
