it's more at the more optimum combos where it starts to matter. Other than Parasoul. For whatever reason her optimum mid-screen is usable on everyone.

Frankly, all of those characters offer good assist options for Beo besides Val, but Beo offers a useful assist for Val. Beo likes horizontal long-range lockdown options best, so Para and Robo give the best out of those characters with napalm shot and beam respectively.

hit 2:05 in game timer today for 100%. I don't know what my real time was as i went dumb and missed the stop button. I think i've found a good speed route for 100% hero mode though

It's different for everyone, but I use audio cues to help with most of my goofy timings. You still need to sit in the lab and grind out the stuff like crazy, but giving yourself some clear "now i push the button" point helps me a lot. That said, I don't recommend audio cues, it can really mess...
