They could probably get a away with Valentine's character icon because it's a yellow cross on a black background, but I think it might get changed just for the sake of keeping continuity with the shuriken.

I am pretty sure Ileum is just a Lab 8 soldier. To be honest, I don't think Ileum necessarily needs any sort of logo. A plain white mask might accomplish the same thing, since as-is it's leaning towards a minimalist No-Face from Spirited Away type expression and design.
