    I think the difference is more who that DP assist is, Annie is just the most solid stable assist character in the game, the only thing that comes close is Big Band but he actually gets instant overheaded by the entire cast and wide enough to get hit that way in much more places than Annie. idk...

    Here's a video if that helps. I messed up a few times on the fukua portion but when I do it right you can see that big band does go into block correctly like the mechanic would suggest whereas when you get auto parry on robo beam he stands there vulnerable instead.

    Any way to set Japanese voices for DLC characters

    Unfortunately SG got a Japanese Dubbing way before Season 1 characters came out so there is no way to do that. Even the JP announcers do not have updated voices for character selection of S1 characters. AFAIK there hasn't been news about that but I could be very wrong. Hope this helps.
