    Is there a reason why you can't tech grabs while crouching?

    I don't play fighting games (this is the first one I've actually sat down and learned somewhat) but it seems odd to me that you can't tech grabs while crouching or blocking low. Is there a reason for this?

    Eliza's j. LK not an overhead on rising?

    So I was playing around with Eliza in training mode and had the dummy set to always block low hits. I noticed that the dummy always blocks her j. LK as I'm going up in the air, but always get hit by it on the way down. Is this normal? I'm not sure if this is a bug or not so I posted it here instead.
