    What is Ratchet Poppy for?

    I've been playing Painwheel for a long time, and it bothers me that I never touch this move. What's the benefit of it? The only thing I've even been able to pull off with it is a really clumsy and slow cross under. EDIT: Ratchet Poppy is f+HK.

    I like playing at times where most of my region (East Coast US) isn't online. My options are either play a really laggy match against someone from the other side of the world, or limit my search to only my region (I've never found a match this way).
