Annie's palette 21 - can we swap it with palette 18?

Before Annie's adition, every character color palette related to Madoka Magica was the 18th palette (MF, Bella, Filia and Squigly), with the shortcut being MP + MK, probably both mediums standing for Madoka Magica, etc, etc.

Can we keep the pattern going? :PUN:
