Beowulf s. HK Doesn't Stagger Assists

I'm not entirely sure where to put this, but here goes. The title pretty much says it all. Beowulf's s. HK won't stagger assists, even though other staggering moves can. Quick video illustration here:

I don't know how much of a priority something like this is at this point in the game, but it can't get fixed if nobody knows about it.
