The game will go to the initial loading screen, then instantly close. Avast also wanted to scan it, but didn't find anything.
EDIT: I restarted my PC and now it works fine, actually. I had Guacamelee up the first time I'd tried to start it, which was probably not such a great idea, and while I closed the game and and tried again without restarting, I think that plus the scan screwed it up.
