Bigger Regions for Quick Match

I like playing at times where most of my region (East Coast US) isn't online. My options are either play a really laggy match against someone from the other side of the world, or limit my search to only my region (I've never found a match this way).

Would it be possible to add a "medium-sized" region to search by? Like "search for matches anywhere in North America"?

Why not set your region to West Coast and search "Only my region"?
