Steam - Windows Black Screen and Metal Gear Solid Alert Sound

I just bought the game today and when I try to play it, a windowed black screen appears and after a few seconds the sound of alert of the metal gear solid saga plays and the game shuts down, i dont know what to do I have W10 and I try to reinstalled already and it didnt work
