Steam - Windows Can't do Challenges in 2nd Encore

When I select "Challenges" from the Training sub-menu I can't select anything or go back. The only way I can exit is to his ctrl+alt+delete and close the game.

I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 64-bit.

you use "@" and type up their user name, it also has auto fill so that's handy.
