Eliza's shield appears in random places when blocking

Here's a short clip of Eliza's shield appearing behind her while blocking. It pops up for about a 1 or 2 frames? This seems to happen when blocking mid attacks on the 2p side. It's possible to have it happen mid screen but it was a lot more consistent in the far left corner. I tried it with a couple other characters, but only some attacks caused the shield to act goofy, even then it wasnt consistent as Beo's attacks. Also, I didn't get these on the video, but there was a couple of times the shield would appear behind 1p or behind Eliza under the "floor" axis

As a note, this can be easily reproduced when Eliza is blocking on the 2p side of the screen. I didn't see anything when she was on the 1p side of the screen.
