Fortune isn't able to cancel her fiber uppercut if she launches the head, then hits it with M/H fiber. I'm not actually sure if this should be considered a bug. I understand that M/H Fiber won't cancel if the 1st hit whiffs and the 2nd/3rd hit something, but it doesn't make sense to me that the head should limit your movement in this way. Then again, I doubt people are going to accidentally do this very often, and s.HK > L Fiber hitting the head still works. Your call, Mr. Z!
