Fukua Appearing/Controller Lockout Bug

So I found a weird thing today. Go into character select in any mode while holding down a button on your controller. It can be any button (directional or attack). Keeping the button held through loading until the character select screen shows up will make Fukua appear on the roster in the bottom right hand corner before anyone even selects their team size! She will remain there until your controller is returned to 100% neutral. Even more interesting, all other inputs are locked out as long as Fukua remains on the screen. You cannot select your team size, nor can your opponent for that matter. All controllers are just frozen until the first returns to neutral.
