Steam - Windows Graphical Glitch, help with AMD CCC

I have my anti aliasing turned off but I am still getting squiggly lines on a lot of the characters. The two pictures that I have attached have my current settings in CCC and show some of the glitch that can be seen on the back of Ms Fortune. No major line glitches just mostly squiggly lines around parts of the characters. I have messed around with AMD's Catalyst Control Center and the settings there but have not been able to fix it. I have re installed the game and are out of options that I know of. I have a Radeon HD 7850 graphics card and would appreciate any help or input.

Huh, I actually get the same problem. I'm also on a radeon
