Health and meter display

Caught this while playing arcade mode today (around third match if I remember right). Started with timer, health, and meter as pictured. Health, meter, and timer would not change throughout the match. Was able to do blockbuster attacks and KO opponents so it's just how it's displayed. Game crashed after I won immediately when it would normally start loading the next match.
