From what I've seen, when Cerebella and Peacock are the 2 point characters at the start of a match, the announcer will start talking while Peacock is still delivering her line. This only happens when Peacock is player 2's character. So far I've only witnessed this with a single matchup combination, but it may be a thing with other characters that I've yet to combine to be sure of.
