Is there a controller issue with Qanba Q4's set to 360 side?

Noticed when I set my Qanba to 360 mode- it doesn't recognize the fierce and roundhouse buttons.

PS3 mode it works fine. (so it's not a big problem , and I don't expect it to get fixed. It may not even be an issue with the game)

If anyone has a Q4, can they verify this? Trying to see if there's a potential driver fix.
 
the pc mode has the buttons in a different configuration compared to xbox mode just do a button config and you're golden. Why would you want to switch between the two anyway?
 
So I can play games without having to swap.

It worked this time. Strange- it didn't work yesterday.
