I already purchased Skullgirls on Xbox360 and Playstation3 and I now have a pc. I heard from my friend that I could get it for free on steam because I already brought it twice. Is this true or am I being trolled and if it is true how do I get the game on steam?
 
You're being trolled. You have to buy it again like on any platform.

hitting the add to cart button and then buying it is really the only way to get it on steam,


sarcasm aside the game goes on sale for a lot, often, you might want to check out sites like green man gaming or whatever for deals before you pay full price for all DLC and the game for a third time
