Issue with Big Band/Eliza assist selection

With the new update to the beta, I found that trying to use the custom assist for both Big Band and Eliza immediately tries to set it to their respective QCB HK specials (H Giant Step and H Osiris Spiral), and I can't get it to let me use any other custom assist no matter how many time I tell it to go back to the custom assist. It only has the problem with Big Band and Eliza though, so it might have something to do with the assist fixes to Band and Eliza's AI.
