Mine/Kamikaze Activation Startup Frames

Is there any place that states what the startup for the mine/kamikaze activation sequence is? I'm talking about the number of frames that have to elapse before the mine will start to plant itself, and before the kamikaze will be signaled to start launching at the opponent.

I have advanced attack data turned on in training mode but it isn't showing it for those specials. I also scoured a ton of the beta release announcements and couldn't find it.
