Nameless lobby - game crashes when attempting to change the name.

Hi, I thought I would bring this issue to light. Whenever I open a lobby, there is no name. The lobby is playable, but the game will crash instantly after attempting to change the name. This is, of course, a reccuring problem. Here are some screenshots:
