Dunno if this is "Deal With It" territory, but yeah:

There's just some pixels missing on the hitbox for it to connect, as seen on screencap:

I'm not sure whether this happens on other characters, and it doesn't happen a lot; Just thought I might as well post it.

This kinda gets you killed since you hitconfirm the 1st s.HP and then cancel into Sniper for combo continuation, and then the 2nd s.HP whiffs and they block the Sniper and things aren't very nice.
