When cancel into any ground reaper from fully charged crouching punch,
PW uses stinger instead of reaper, and stinger type follows charged punch type ; L or M or H
Similarly, fully charged s.mp → reaper, reaper is M stinger.
Not always this happens,
(not fully charged punch -> reaper, reaper is reaper
cancel at recovery frame of punch -> reaper, reaper is reaper)
but input at specific frame, like first active frame of punch, don't know timing exactly, reapers are always stingers.
If charging crouching punch by two punch button, reaper sometimes become DC, not stinger.
Whereas I couldn't make 'charged kick -> stinger but reaper' things.
