Replay theater UI not displayed correctly on lower resolutions

When running the game in windowed mode, the text describing the matchup in the Replay Theater is not entirely visible. See attached screenshot.

Windows 7,Steam, build 14058.
Video settings: Windowed Resolution 1280x720, Screen Mode Windowed, Screen Size 90%.
