I haven't played for a while but back when I did I used windowed fullscreen and used WIN+Shift+arrows to move it to the desired monitor.

This for whatever reason no longer seems to work, DisplayFusion also can't seem to get it to move anymore.

Maybe it was a necessary change or whatever and that's fine but maybe add monitor select to the video config?
