Strange lines persist on some supers?

In the past, I've had issues with horizontal lines appearing on character sprites during gameplay, which I've resolved by turning off forced Antialiasing for the game through my graphics card's settings.

Yet, on some supers, I see minor lines appearing on the sprites... and I can't tell if they're intentional or not. Cerebella's Diamond Dynamo. Easier to see in slow-motion, sometimes.

Is this intended?
