Quick Match isn't very active especially outside of peak times in the US where most players are. It's more recommended to use the official Discord or one of the region/platform-specific Discords in order to find games.

Also for the PC version right now a lot of players are trying out the new Dahlia alpha so if you're looking for games in the retail branch you're probably not finding a lot of people.
