Unpausing does not play the voice clip unless you press Start

Pause > Select x4 (Voice clip does not play)
Pause > Start x4 (Voice clip plays)
Pause > MK x4 (Voice clip does not play)

Found by Teddy in PC SG Beta ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/Zealman/ )
Reproduced and recorded in PC Retail by me
