Staying up all night to participate in the event was a mission of its own. Totally worth it, though! Beautiful sunrise after the whole thing, too.

Thanks to @POS Industries & @Elda Taluda for hosting and providing the commentary (entertaining as always and even educational when needed, props).
Thanks and ggs to @gllt for the fun set. As per usual it was as silly as it as was fun and that's great. Congrats, too!
Thanks to everyone for watching and commenting (understandably couldn't follow the chat log in real time, but saved the transcript and hence could read it while watching the recording).

Special thanks to the wine for generously not giving me a hangover after the whole thing.

Thanks so much for letting me play. Honestly I also really thank you for making me non-Main Event, I woulda prefered opening act honestly, since you guys completely were spot on about how I'm not comfortable with my Big Band yet, hence why I didn't know when or why I should be using Beat Extend and Cymbals

It's less about who can run it, and more about the fact that people will be watching UFGT. I think there's little to be gained from trying to broadcast head to head with an FGC major.

Is this held on steam because I only have the game on ps3?
If you can put it on ps3 I will play anyone on a set.
 
It's not really a tournament, rather a series of first to seven matches. You get on by challenging another player in this thread or also being nominated by other people. If you're able to produce a match that would be good or entertaining to watch, you'll likely get in. After all of the matches are finished, a poll will be sent to the stream chat to determine which of the matches were the best. The winners of the first and second highest rated matches get a prize in eightysixed funbucks (they have SG shirts).

If you need anything else there's always the first post I guess.

So, is SNS happening this weekend?
 
Well, I was planning on running the matches I presumed we had scheduled for Memorial Day weekend before it was canceled, but there's nothing on the front page except for unspecified future matches so by all means give me something to work with.

I CAN do both; they're on completely different dates. Local is the 21st. SNS is this weekend.
 
Anybody else we could get as a good match for Mayor tonight? I haven't been able to reach Soupyswan and I'm going to be at work all day until an hour before stream time, so anybody that could be easily reached would be appreciated.

EDIT: For instance, how about @Nekro_Surge?
